Disclaimer: The Libertarian Republican Coalition of Texas (LRCTX) is in the early stages of forming as a social welfare organization seeking 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status under IRS rules. We are not yet incorporated, have not received formal IRS recognition, and are not currently a registered Political Action Committee (PAC) under Texas or federal law. We have no plans to register as a PAC.
Our activities at this stage focus on issue advocacy, education, and building a coalition of libertarian-leaning Republicans in Texas. We are not currently soliciting or accepting financial contributions. We welcome your feedback, ideas, and volunteer involvement—please use the contact links on our site to get in touch. Any contributions that may be solicited in the future will not be tax-deductible as charitable donations.
